Itilia Kitchen & Bar is a modern, vibrant restaurant located along the New Westminster Quay waterfront. We focus on hand-crafted cocktails, and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar program and contribute to our growing team.

Job Summary

The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, developing creative cocktail menus, managing inventory, training staff, and ensuring quality service. The ideal candidate is team-focused, detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and experienced in elevated bar environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations and staff Create and develop seasonal cocktail menus Train, coach bar staff Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with food & liquor regulations Deliver exceptional guest service and leadership by example Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar standards Work closely with management team to support restaurant goals

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years bar leadership/management experience Strong mixology and cocktail knowledge Experience with inventory and ordering systems Excellent communication & leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Serving It Right certification required
