We're looking for a Bar Manager who's hands-on, dependable, and ready to not only lead bar operations but also coordinate staffing coverage beyond their own scheduled hours. What You'll Do: - Manage and lead bar operations during scheduled shifts - Oversee inventory, staff performance, and guest service - Coordinate light food offerings (no kitchen staff involved) - Use Square POS for daily transactions and reporting - Ensure compliance with alcohol service and safety regulations - Build and manage the staff schedule, ensuring coverage beyond your own hours - Pitch in with other club responsibilities as needed--teamwork keeps us running smoothly! - Foster a respectful, welcoming environment for members and guests What You Bring: - Experience managing or supervising bar operations - Smart Serve certification - Familiarity with Square or similar POS systems - A strong, people-first leadership style with excellent communication - Basic understanding of cost control in a bar with light fare - Willingness to learn club-specific duties and take initiative - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Why You'll Love It Here: You'll lead in a space that values kindness, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.31-$22.06 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
