Join our team and work with Red Seal Chefs executing our variety of menus. You will be involved with preparing menu items for our banquet events and our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
• Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
• Ensure company food and plating specifications are met while executing appropriate food handling protocols
• Uphold cleanliness of workstation
Key Requirements
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or catering facility
• Attention to detail
• Energetic and positive
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
