We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

Manage daily store operations, Preparing and baking breads, cookies, cakes, and pastries. including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling. Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising of products. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and record keeping. Conduct regular administrative tasks such as reporting sales data and managing budgets.

Proficient in cash handling with strong numerical skills. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software. Strong background in store management with a focus on achieving sales targets. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience. Administrative skills for effective reporting and documentation processes. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
