Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, pastry arts, and kitchen management, with a passion for baking and culinary excellence. Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate bakery staff to ensure efficient production and quality control Oversee cake decorating, pastry preparation, and food presentation to meet company standards Manage packaging processes for baked goods, ensuring proper labeling and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food production, including mixing, baking, and finishing baked items Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special requests Train new staff on baking techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards Uphold all food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications



Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary roles within the food industry Strong cake decorating skills and proficiency in food presentation techniques Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and general food preparation techniques Background in restaurant or catering environments is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food production and quality control Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$26.63 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
