Bakers Assistant
Job Description
La Baguette et L'Echalote is seeking a highly skilled and professionally trained bread baker assistant to join our team For our evening shift 3:00-11:30pm. This is a serious, high-volume wholesale bakery producing over a ton of dough per shift and delivering a consistently high-quality artisan product.

Responsibilities:
- Production of a variety of breads, from sourdough to whole grain.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following instructions.
- Ensuring product quality and presentation meets our high standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial bakery setting.
- Knowledge of various bread-making techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
