Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread, ensuring high-quality standards. Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs using cake decorating techniques. Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and packaging products for sale or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food products safely, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed. Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations.

Skills

Proven experience in cake decorating and baking techniques. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
