We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking , along with experience in the food industry. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with fellow team members to ensure high-quality food preparation and exceptional customer service.

Duties

Decorate cakes and other baked goods to meet customer specifications and company standards. Prepare ingredients and assist in the baking process, ensuring all items are produced according to recipes and food safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols at all times. Package finished products for delivery or display, ensuring they are presented attractively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline food preparation processes and improve efficiency. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in a baking or pastry role. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
