WOW Bakery is a local bakery and cafe in Red Deer specializing in Asian-inspired pastries, roll cakes, and desserts. We take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly made products every day with creativity and care. Join our passionate team and help us bring a little "wow" to every bite!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and cookies according to company recipes. Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation. Manage daily production schedules and ingredient preparation. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure product quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe working environment. Assist with new product development and seasonal menu creation. Occasionally assist with packaging and display setup for the front counter.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of bakery or pastry experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate). Basic knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Food Handling Certificate is an asset.
