We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the food industry environment, focusing on baking bread, food preparation, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating bread including but not limited to sourdoughs, pretzels, bagels.
Required
High school diploma or higher
Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a bakery or pastry shop, with proficiency in the production techniques for various types of bread, such as soft European bread, Japanese sweet bread, and French hard bread.
Ability to independently complete the entire process, including dough fermentation, shaping, and baking. The recipe can be adjusted according to the season to ensure consistent product taste.
Proficient in the operation and routine maintenance of various baking equipment, with a sense of cost control. Ability to plan ingredient usage efficiently to minimize waste.
Prioritize food safety and hygiene, strictly adhere to store operation protocols, possess teamwork spirit, and can coordinate with store schedules.
Bakers who can adapt to the company's scheduling adjustments.
