Job Description

We are looking for a baker (full or part time) who can work early mornings, is a team player, enjoys baking from scratch, working with local & quality ingredients, can follows recipes while also offering creative ideas to baked good selection.

Important skill sets include: Following instructions and recipes, communication skills, good judgment, able to open the cafe and work independently, comfortable with commercial kitchen equipment, understand and willing to learn the nuances of baking, able to lift 50lbs, clean, sanitize & maintain space and equipment in the workplace.

A solid background and experience in baking is preferred. Shifts are early in the mornings (5:30/6 am start).
