As a key part of our team, you'll bring warmth and energy to every shift--whether you're mixing ingredients, ensuring a beautifully organized space, or delivering outstanding customer service. We thrive on creating a welcoming atmosphere where both customers and team members feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation:

Measure and mix ingredients to prepare batters, yeasted doughs, cookies, bars and icings according to recipes.

Baking:

Operate ovens, and other bakery equipment to bake cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and other baked goods.

Quality Control:

Ensure that products meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

Creativity:

Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and creative manner.

Hygiene and Safety:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow health and safety regulations.

Inventory:

Monitor ingredients and supplies.

Customer Interaction:

Occasionally assist customers with special orders or provide information about our products.
Must be available for a 5:00 AM start.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior experience as a baker or in a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in product quality.

Physical Stamina:

Capable of standing for long periods and handling the physical demands of the job.

Creativity:

A passion for baking and an eye for design and presentation. Cake and cupcake decorating experience an asset

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
