We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Baker/ in-Office Barista

to join our team. This dual-role position involves preparing fresh, high-quality pastries and bread for breakfast items, followed by providing exceptional barista services at our office. The ideal candidate thrives in early mornings, has a knack for baking, and loves creating a welcoming coffee experience for our clients and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Baking (3:00 AM - 7:30 AM):

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and breakfast items, ensuring they are fresh and ready for morning service. Follow standardized recipes while maintaining high-quality standards in taste and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, reporting needs to management.

Delivery & Setup (7:30 AM - 8:00 AM):

Safely transport baked goods from the bakery to our office. Set up and arrange pastries and bread in a visually appealing manner at the service area.

Barista Services (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM):

Brew and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) to clients and staff. Provide friendly and professional customer service, engaging with clients and addressing their needs. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and functionality. Replenish beverage and food supplies as needed throughout the morning service. Keep the coffee and service area clean, organized, and inviting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a baker and barista. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and coffee preparation methods. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially early morning hours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation for timely delivery of goods to the office. Food handler certification and barista training preferred.

Work Schedule:

Shift:

3:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Location:

Baking at an off-site location with morning service at our office.
