who has a passion for baking to join our growing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of traditional Indian snack items in accordance with authentic recipes and high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for various traditional Indian snack and baker items (such as cookies, namakpare etc.)
Operate commercial baking and cooking equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure consistency in product taste, appearance, and texture
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals
Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a baker or snack maker in an Indian food production or restaurant setting
Demonstrated
expertise in Indian snack preparation
and baking techniques
Ensure quality control and consistency in all baked products.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings.
