University Square Bakery & Deli requires an experienced baker with bread mixing and baking experience. Pastry preparation is an asset as well.

You will be responsible for:

Mixing bread batches Baked goods and setting on trays Wholesale account preparation and packing Organizing daily menu's for Mixing of bread Strong communication skills Follow recipes and tasks ordered from the head baker
The position is around 35 to 40 hours per week and requires an individual with the ability to multitask, work well as a team, as well as on your own. Hours of work will be roughly 3am and finish around 10am. You will have a 5 day work week and days off will be discussed at hiring or first week of work. These hours are due to Wholesale accounts being packed and the Retail Sales store being bagged as well. One of the days off will be a Tuesday as the entire retail and production is closed every week.

Pay: $21.50-$27.00 per hour
