1. Full-Time Baker

Must be available Saturdays

Responsibilities include:

Preparing a variety of baked goods from scratch Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace Assisting with inventory and stock rotation Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Working efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

2. Front Counter Service - Full-Time & Part-Time

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the face of Brown Sugar Bake Shop, serving up great food, drinks, and friendly service.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available

Availability:

Must be available Saturdays

Responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding customer service Preparing and serving specialty coffee, tea, and beverages Making sandwiches and handling food orders Operating the POS system and handling transactions Keeping the cafe clean, organized, and inviting
