Job Description

Frilly Lilly Aspen is looking for a fun, stylish, energetic, hard-working Front Desk Host to join the team at our boutique in Aspen Landing, Calgary.

Frilly Lilly specializes in waxing and also offers manicures and pedicures. We sell our signature bath and body care products as well as a full range of jewellery and accessories in our Frilly Lilly boutiques.

The role of the Front Desk Host is to maintain the highest customer service standards, book appointments, assist customers with their purchases, help drive store growth and keep the operations of the boutique running smoothly.

Requirements:

You must be a beauty care fanatic! Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is just peachy. Previous sales experience is a must, retail sales experience is a definite advantage. You have excellent customer service skills. Enthusiastic, sense of fun, artistic and extremely personable. You have good verbal skills and you are a sparkling communicator. Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.
