Primco Dene Catering LP - Summary
We are an Indigenous Company, with our head office in Cold Lake First Nation across from Casino Dene and sub office in Enoch Cree Nation in front of River Cree Casino.
Remote camps in Christina Lake (north of Lac La Biche) and Cold Lake Air Weapons Range (north of Cold Lake) Transportation provided to and from camps; pick up points in Edmonton and Cold Lake
Baker Position:
Rotation can be up to 24 days at a time -12 hours per day (overtime rate paid after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week Promote a safe work environment. Manage the bakery operations including food preparation, cleaning schedules, safety, ordering, and inventory control Ensure all food products served to the client meet or exceed their expectations Bake items such as breads, rolls, bus, cookies, pastries, muffins etc. Perform all other duties when asked to assure the smooth running of the operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $320.00 per day
Experience:
Baking: 2 years (preferred) working in a similar baking/catering high volume position: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Food Safety Certification and First-Aid (preferred)
Work Location: In person
