Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and cakes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards. Package finished products efficiently while maintaining food safety standards. Assist in food production tasks including preparation of ingredients, baking, and plating. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.

Requirements

Previous experience as a baker is preferred. Strong baking skills. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in packaging and presenting food products attractively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, along with basic cooking techniques. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
