Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and handling protocols. Package baked goods securely for retail or delivery purposes, ensuring freshness and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about baked goods. Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

Proven experience in cake decorating and baking techniques. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures. Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
