Position Overview:
We are seeking an
experienced baker
to join our production team full-time,
Tuesday through Saturday
. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Mixing, shaping, and baking
naturally leavened sourdough breads
Baking
viennoiserie and pastry items
with consistency and precision
Producing
pies, cookies, and sandwiches
as part of the daily rotation
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Monitoring proofing, baking, and cooling processes to ensure quality standards
Collaborating with the production team to meet daily quotas and timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience
(artisan bread or pastry preferred)
Strong understanding of fermentation, dough handling, and baking techniques
Ability to work early mornings and maintain a fast, clean workflow
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada --
no LMIA or sponsorship provided

Tuesday to Saturday

Compensation:
$23-$26/hour
