to join our team.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a skilled

Baker specializing in cakes

who can create a variety of fresh, visually appealing, and delicious cakes that meet our brand's quality standards. You'll be responsible for preparation, baking, decoration, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a range of cakes and desserts according to recipes and seasonal menus Measure, mix, and decorate cakes with precision and creativity Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area Ensure all products meet Chai Pani's standards for quality and freshness Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with ordering supplies Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or cake decorator (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Strong skills in cake baking, frosting, and decoration Creativity and passion for baking and presentation Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$23.80 per hour

Work Location: In person
