La Foret is looking for bakers to join our team!

Title: Baker

Work Location: 6958 Palm Ave, Burnaby BC V5J 4M3

Wage: Dependent on experience

Hours of Work: 35 - 40 hours per week;

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation, extended health and dental

Job Duties:

Baking various baked goods according to established recipes. Ensuring the quality of products meets established standards. Baking bread and croissants. Icing, decorating, and finishing cakes Adhering to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods Maintaining an inventory record for baking supplies. Monitoring and maintaining the proper oven temperature. Restocking bakery display

Job Requirements

:

Minimum 1-year working experience in bakery or equivalent culinary school experience preferred Able to lift 45 pounds Flexible to work in early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
