Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of cakes and pastries strictly following our proprietary recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation in every batch.
Assist in decorating and assembling baked items as per company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs.
Support the team during high-volume production or special events.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a baker or pastry chef (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Ability to follow detailed recipes and standardized processes.
Strong sense of hygiene and knowledge of food safety regulations.
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Availability for flexible shifts.
