- Monitor baking processes to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures are maintained
- Skillfully decorate baked goods to enhance their visual appeal
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area, strictly following food safety protocols
- Assist in managing inventory by monitoring supplies and placing orders as necessary
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely production Skills:
- Proficiency in baking with experience in a kitchen or bakery setting
- Excellent customer service skills to cater to client needs and special orders
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations for handling food safely
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness while handling food products
- Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in baking processes
- Prior experience in a restaurant or bakery environment is advantageous
