Job Title: Baker / All-rounder Location: Ossington Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary: $15.5 - $16.5 : We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods, including croissants, cookies and scones. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail. The baker will also be responsible for assembling cafe sandwiches for 2 locations. Must have food handling certificate Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts
• Follow established recipes and ensure the quality of ingredients used
• Decorate and display baked goods in an appealing manner
• Monitor and maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Meet production and quality targets

Requirements:

• Experience as a baker
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Availability to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy bags of ingredients
