Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a love for creating baked goods that look and taste amazing. The ideal candidate will have baking experience within a professional setting with references.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.) safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality and presentation Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new products and seasonal items

Qualifications

Proven experience in baking, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, particularly in the food industry. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
