Back Office Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for enhanced/reliability cleared individuals that can help provide administrative services in documenting. Training will be provided, the work is to be delivered on-site, and this role starts immediately, only with a valid security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for examining and completing requests regarding changes in payment(s) and/or term(s) for borrowers with student loans
  • using both internal tools and access to the loan servicing system to update repayment schedules as requested by the borrower or required under the repayment guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to successful maintain high quality standards.
  • Advance Windows and MS Office skills with the ability to navigate through multiple windows while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
  • Valid Enhanced/Reliability or Secret Federal Government Clearance
DURATION: 5-month contract + extension
