We're looking for an experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team and help develop our relocation services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, account management or solution-based selling, especially in industries like logistics, transportation, real estate or moving services. You should be confident generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and building long-term partnerships with decision-makers. Excellent communication, time management and follow-up skills are a must. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and motivated to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Travel will be required at approximately 50% on average including weeklong quarterly visits to markets across Canada at minimum.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert on all Burly Boyz products and services.
Master our processes to maximize conversion
Proactively identify and reach out to potential commercial clients
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads
Present and promote our packing and relocation services to agents and businesses of all sizes
Build long-term client relationships with key decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
Maintain accurate activity and sales reporting in our CRM
Travel to markets across Canada with the goal of establishing and expanding our B2B network
Qualifications:
2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (preferably in service-based industries)
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to build quickly rapport and trust with potential clients
Comfortable making cold and warm outbound calls daily
Experience using CRM software and tracking KPIs
Knowledge of the moving or logistics industry is a strong asset
Class 5 driver's license
The ability to travel via company vehicle and plane to reach markets across Canada and visit clients
