We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in B2B sales within the IT and software development industry. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of the sales process, as this will be the sole sales position within the company.

Possesses a solid technical background, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle for outsourcing and technology services Maintains close and proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring transparency and regular updates to the management team Is comfortable owning and maintaining the CRM, ensuring accurate, consistent, and up-to-date reporting across all stages of the sales process

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a sales strategy

to meet revenue targets Monitor sales performance,

report on key metrics

Maintain close and proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring transparency and regular updates to the management team

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with the company's outsourcing services Conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and tailor proposals and contracts to client needs in collaboration with the technical team Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base

and coordinate with delivery teams to shape and propose relevant value-add services

Nurture ongoing client engagement

by regularly revisiting accounts to surface unmet needs, introduce new service lines, and position long-term collaboration Generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, social media, etc.) and qualify them to ensure they fit the company's target market Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with flexibility to explore other industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Retail, etc. Leverage existing marketing and sales materials, and work with internal teams to develop additional resources when necessary Manage CRM tools, utilize project management platforms, and digital sales tools to manage multiple accounts and drive business growth Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or higher Ongoing professional development At least 5+ years in sales within the IT or software development industry A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of outsourcing IT services Strong track record in B2B sales, managing end-to-end sales processes Technical background with an understanding of IT services and software development processes Comprehensive understanding of corporate sales strategies and procurement processes

Sales Revenue & Targets: Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, aligned with individual and company-wide revenue goals. Client Acquisition: Number of new qualified clients onboarded, including quality indicators such as industry fit, potential for long-term partnership, and strategic value. Lead Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads successfully moved through the funnel to opportunities and closed deals. Deal Pipeline Health: Volume and value of deals in each pipeline stage, monitored weekly to assess momentum and forecast accuracy. Sales Cycle Length: Average duration from lead generation to deal closure, tracked monthly to optimize efficiency. Client Retention & Expansion: Upsell and cross-sell performance within existing accounts, with an emphasis on building multi-year engagements. CRM Hygiene: Timely and accurate entry of contacts, activity logs, and deal updates to ensure consistent reporting and transparency. Activity Volume: Number of calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups completed weekly, measured to ensure consistent outreach and engagement. Proposal & SOW Quality: Number of proposals submitted and SOWs signed, along with feedback from internal stakeholders on quality, alignment, and win rates. Client Satisfaction & Feedback: Net Promoter Score (NPS), qualitative feedback, and repeat business signals gathered after onboarding and at regular milestones. Sales Forecast Accuracy: Alignment between forecasted vs. actual revenue and deal closures, assessed monthly to evaluate strategic planning accuracy.
All metrics are reviewed regularly - weekly or bi-weekly for tactical indicators (e.g., outreach volume, pipeline movement), and monthly or quarterly for strategic metrics (e.g., revenue, retention, forecasting). This approach ensures that our sales team remains agile, accountable, and continuously improving.
