The Opportunity:
We're seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to lead our business development efforts across the hospitality and real estate sectors. Your core mission is to build long-term relationships with hotel General Managers, Directors of Operations, developers, and asset managers to grow our valet and parking management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (hotels, developers, mixed-use real estate).
Build and nurture high-level relationships with GMs, DOOs, and senior stakeholders.
Schedule and lead discovery calls, in-person meetings, and site visits.
Tailor proposals and presentations to each opportunity with support from our executive team.
Maintain and track a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client handoff post-sale.
Represent Eminent Valet at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or facilities management.
A natural relationship builder with a consultative sales approach.
Familiar with the buying process of hotels and commercial developers.
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
Self-motivated, thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Local market knowledge and existing industry network a plus.
