As a
B2B Sales Representative
at Aline Canada, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to businesses, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through various methods, including cold-calling, networking, and industry research.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on our products and services.
Sales Presentations:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently demonstrating strong performance and results.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, and relay this information to the management team.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and managed.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the development of new products or enhancements.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, with 2 years of experience (industry experience preferred).
Proficiency with design software
AutoCAD
and
2020 Design
is a must
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
Competitive base salary with commission.
