Are you passionate about sweets and sales? We're looking for a friendly, fun, and outgoing Phone Sales Representative to join our candy company team!
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with enthusiasm Promote and sell our delicious candy products Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service Close sales effectively and meet sales targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or telemarketing Strong closing skills Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful applicant will have:
2+ years inside sales experience and great communication skills.
Base salary, plus incentive plan. Full benefit package after 3 months.
