We are seeking a
driven B2B Inside Sales Representative
to join our team. This is an
outbound sales role
where you will prospect, connect, and close business accounts. You'll be provided with a
targeted list of builders and contractors
to focus your outreach, but you'll also be expected to generate new leads through cold calling, door knocking, and email outreach.
You will
work directly with the owner
to close B2B clients and secure preferred vendor relationships. Any B2B account you close will remain under your management long-term.
Training is provided
to learn and render our premium garage solutions so you can confidently present and sell them to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new B2B leads using provided lists and independent research
Cold call, door knock, and email prospects to book appointments
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and decision-makers
Present solutions confidently and close sales
Work directly with the owner to secure B2B accounts as preferred vendors
Manage and maintain accounts you close long-term
Track all activity and sales in CRM
Attend periodic team meetups and training sessions
Qualifications:
1-2 years outbound sales, business development, or canvassing experience
Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door prospecting
Reliable car and Class 5 driver's license required
Hunter mentality: competitive, motivated, and resilient
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Good eye for design and attention to detail
to understand and present garage solutions effectively
Compensation & Schedule:
$20-25/hr base (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission
-- total first-year earning potential $50K-$80K+
Part-time: 20 hrs/week to start, with potential to transition to full-time
