B2B CEM Trade Marketing Manager

SCOPE

Canadian market for 6 brands (Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, MRT, Oliver, MegaMile) and 7 Business Lines:

  • On Road: TLD + retread (Transport Long Distance); Urban;
  • Beyond Road: Agriculture; Mining; Infrastructure; Construction
  • Services & Solutions
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

MEDIA AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Adapts the NA brief to be aligned with the NA strategy while considering the local challenges and budget management.
  • When necessary, adapts the country social media strategy to match country challenges/ specificities.
  • Manage local media agency and work with NA social agency to ensure plans are delivered accordingly with strategy
  • Follow communication key performance indicators and relevant metrics and monitors and analyzes results.
  • Work closely with north American team in all aspects of digital communication including SEO/SEM, affiliate, display re-targeting and acquisition.
  • Manage media and social budget
  • Develops adaptations (when necessary), translations or productions of content with local agencies.
  • Provide proof reading of all translations for social publications and website
TRADE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
  • Adapt retail/ dealer materials (brochure / POP / product sheets...) coming from the north American team (all LBs as described in scope above) and provide bilingual and adapted version for the Canadian market
  • Manage POP materials for B2B: from printing elements to fulfillment management with local fulfilment house
  • Provide proof reading of all translations made by the north American team for marketing documents or system (Maestro, Product sheet)
  • Integrate all materials in different communication channel (Tire Value; Michelin B2B; Chatter SF, monthly priority call meeting...)
  • Management of materials for local events at KUBIK
  • Provide tires for field engineers and support translations for technical bulletins
  • Tire Value: uploads all documents for all LBs in French and English; manage assets
ASSOCIATIONS SUPPORT
  • Provide support for associations (subscriptions fees, give aways, tire seeding...)
  • evaluate their relevancy in term of business impact
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
  • In charge of managing B2B Marketing budget for both media and trade marketing
  • Defining media budget for media agency
  • Budget management with suppliers (printer/fullfillment house/translation agency...)
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Laval based office (could be adapted but need regular visit to HO in Laval, QC)
  • Marketing communication knowledge
  • Agencies management
  • Project Management skills
  • Product knowledge for B2B products
