Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over short or long distances, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Duties
- Transport goods over short or long distances
- Load and unload cargo
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues
- Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (AZ)
- Proven work experience as a truck driver. Truck and Pup, Live Bottom and End Dump experience
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
- Experience with heavy equipment operation, and handling various types of freight is desirable
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
Work Location: In person
