Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a vital role in our company, ensuring that products are delivered safely and on time.

Duties:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a truck or tractor-trailer, to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or other heavy machinery
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Knowledge of freight transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts or other machinery
- Basic automotive repair skills preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
