In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and forklift-equipped trucks. Your expertise in route driving and load & unload procedures will ensure timely deliveries across diverse routes. Responsibilities

Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and forklift-equipped trucks Drive on designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment and techniques Transport various cargo types including freight requiring refrigeration or specialized handling like tanker loads or flatbed shipments Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules and route adjustments

Qualifications

Valid AZ commercial driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving route driving and load & unload tasks Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred Experience driving with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is highly desirable Ability to handle freight securely and perform load & unload operations safely Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for loading/unloading purposes Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance for commercial driving
