We are looking for an experienced and reliable AZ Truck Driver for cross-border runs between Canada and the USA.

Duties

Safely operate a commercial truck to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise. Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations while on the road. Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Valid passport and eligibility to cross the border Experience in freight transportation and heavy equipment operation is preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading freight. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
