Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of freight handling, commercial driving, and the operation of heavy equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo.
Duties
Operate trucks to transport freight to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Adhere to all safety protocols while driving and handling freight.
Requirements
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a focus on freight transportation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety on the road. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy .
