Job Description
ConnectAl Logistics Partners, operating through our specialized division Dronco Specialized, is urgently hiring professional AZ drivers for U.S. LTL runs. We are a growing and reliable carrier offering strong miles, steady routes, and an excellent driver-first culture.
What We Offer
Consistent dedicated miles o Cross-border routes into the U.S o 1.5-2 weeks on the road per trip o Excellent, reliable pay - DIRECT DEPOSIT always on time pay
0.50 cents a mile for highway driver and $17.50 an hour for city/yard work
Safety bonuses based on performance o Multiple deliveries per outbound LTL load o Supportive dispatch and well-maintained equipment
Requirements
. Clean CVOR / Driver Abstract o MINIMUM 4 MONTHS AZ driving experience (LTL experience is an asset o Abilitv to handle multi-stop LTL deliveries o Comfortable being on the road for 1.5-2 weeks o Valid passport (FAST card an asset but not required
Some full loads most of the time Drivers will run dedicated LTL freight with multiple deliveries per trip. Responsibilities include safe operation on-time delivery, proper log management, and maintaining professionalism at all times.
