Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.:Reporting to the Vice-President, Dealer, the incumbent is accountable for a portfolio of digital initiatives that aligns with both the Dealer and the SLFD distribution strategic priorities and will act as the Dealer lead for the implementation of Digital Enterprise transformation. This role will strategize and lead the major transformation for the Dealer business over the next few years as Retail Advice & Solutions further defines the Wealth strategy and will have a significant impact on how the Dealer business operates. Dealer requires a senior leader to strategize, implement and operate as a thought leader on DE principles, leveraging their experience leading digital transformation initiatives with a strong knowledge of digital technical tools, practices and trends in the financial services industry. The incumbent will have an in-depth understanding of operations in the Wealth Management (MFDA & IIROC) industry, including applicable regulatory regimes and industry challenges, and upcoming trends.This role will be key to the long-term success of the dealer and will require strong judgement, influencing skills, and ability to change and innovate as the business transforms.What will you do?Strategy, Process and Program ManagementResponsible for developing and executing a technology/digital roadmap for dealer, ensuring sustained delivery of outcomes, and enabling enhanced capabilities to support our wealth businessWill be accountable for developing innovation plans, assembling cross functional resourcing, engaging with external vendors as necessary, managing communications and change management plans, building complex project plans and executingEstablish project/program governance and structure with roles and responsibilities that are clearly defined,Proactively monitor progress against the innovation strategy, managing risks, and adjusting approach as appropriate.Develop and maintain an integrated, cross-functional plan and roadmap to effectively and efficiently achieve the strategic goals in alignment with a changing SRO environment and their impact on strategic deliverables.Accountable for sustained delivery of key initiatives supported by effective processes that meet the published quality and service standards of the Operation.Responsible for overseeing multiple streams of work, including, supporting team members in the design and implementation phases including confirmation of deliverables, resource needs, prioritization and work plans.Accountable for sustained delivery within budget; ensuring the processes and quality meets service standards in a cost effective mannerDigital TransformationLead the Dealer Digital Enterprise transformation, including accountability for planning change activities in support of the broader program and aligned to the Dealer and SLFD business strategy. A key objective of this role will be buy-in from team members aligning to new DE Ways of Working.Partner with key stakeholders to develop a broad transformation plan for Dealer, including managing of agile teams, reinforcing agile practices, leading the creation and reporting on Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and aligned to the overall DE Canada strategy.Represent Dealer in various Digital Enterprise forums \xe2\x80\x93 both SLFD business and broadly within DE Canada.Partner closely with technology leaders on the evolution of digital tools in support of DealerWork with Dealer leadership team to ensure alignment with business strategy; collaborating closely with DE transformation leads across SLFD as the operating model evolves.Data, Reporting and Analytics

  • Proactively monitor progress against the strategy, managing risks, and adjusting approach as appropriate.
  • Develop systems and analytics reporting framework to clearly measure identified outcomes and track overall success of the execution of transformation strategy.
