Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and effectively. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs and maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems. Assemble components as needed during repairs or installations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options. Assist in heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with automotive schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Previous mechanic experience is highly desirable, particularly in a dealership setting. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client relationships.
