Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Assemble and weld components as necessary to ensure vehicle integrity. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, providing clear explanations of services performed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and high-quality service delivery. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during vehicle repairs or parts handling.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus. Willingness to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
