Busy independent BMW specialized repair shop looking for a Service Receptionist to join the team!
The position entails greeting customers upon arrival, Inputting/verifying customer and vehicle information, building basic work orders based on customer requests/concerns. Contacting clients, updating them on vehicle status, taking messages, performing basic office duties.
The main prerequisite for this position are excellent communication skills. Automotive industry/ service advisor/ parts representative experience is beneficial. Basic computer knowledge, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills is essential. On the job training will be provided, to help the applicant grow into the position.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Closed all stat holidays.
