Automotive Service Manager

Job Description
Autolist of Canada is looking for an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, great customer service skills, and the ability to manage a busy auto service operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanics and service staff Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure proper repair solutions Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and complaints professionally Order and manage automotive parts inventory Maintain service schedules and ensure high-quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in an automotive shop Strong diagnostic and technical knowledge Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage daily operations efficiently Familiarity with automotive shop management software is an asset
