What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop and service team
Coordinate workflow between advisors, techs, and customers
Approve estimates, review work orders, and ensure top-quality repairs
Track shop efficiency and help hit daily/weekly targets
Handle customer concerns with fairness and confidence
Work closely with ownership to grow and streamline the business
What We're Looking For:
Experience in automotive service management or shop lead role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good understanding of repair operations, flat-rate systems & parts sourcing
Organized, level-headed, and able to multitask in a fast-moving shop
Familiar with shop management software (All data Manage Online or similar is a plus)
