Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations. Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive service department
- Supervise and support a team of mechanics to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly
- Utilize sales skills to upsell services and products to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with dealership management to meet financial goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
