Who You Are:

A mature and driven team player,

with experience supporting Automotive Technicians in locating and providing the right parts for auto repairs

. You thrive in fast-paced environments, and are familiar with the use of computerized auto parts and service systems.

What You'll Need:

Knowledge of or experience with mechanical components of automobiles

. Ability to work effectively with

auto parts ordering systems and computerized work

order systems. Basic math and keyboarding skills.

Parts sourcing and quoting experience.

Ability to plan, organize, delegate and follow-up on daily tasks. Ability to resolve problems and make decisions. Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a team setting, or individually. Strong belief in the Canadian Tire values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Valid driver's license for province of employment. Safety shoes or boots.

What You'll Do:

Source and order automotive parts

through authorized suppliers. Providing

part pricing and quotes

to the Service Advisor. Process returns, warranties and castings as required. Test and fill batteries, test starters. Operate the battery filling station as per training received. Ensure that retail basic tasks are executed efficiently.

Maintain inventory accuracy

. Participate in meetings and all training as required and listen to feedback to improve your own abilities.
Successful candidates will be able to work a variable schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
