Seeking full or part time employee willing to work evenings for customer pick up and drop offs of vehicles. This is a customer service role in an automotive repair shop environment in which processing customer payments, taking appointments and cleaning of both automotive shop and front desk are critical.
Other tasks that will be required to be performed include: filing of invoices/customer folders, general shop upkeep, detailing of customer cars and data entry.
Ability to self-manage and work independently is necessary due to the fast pace of an automotive repair shop. Experience with basic automotive tooling and vehicle components is valued but not essential.
Conversing confidently with customers over multiple mediums will be required as well. Face to face, email, over the phone and text in general. Some sales experience is a bonus as service sales will be part of the position.
Must have clean/valid Alberta drivers license.
